Hypnotherapy has a
bit of a scary name to it. So many myths and so many stage
shows have all given it a poor reputation in many circles.
Simply put Hypnotherapy is:
"A state of deep relaxation with
heightened awareness!".
Hypnotherapy when used in a therapeutic
process gives the
client extra control to change and shape their own future.
The sub-conscious mind can, with all the best intention, get
things a little wrong sometimes. Hypnotherapy is used to
allow the client to correct the faulty program running in the
sub-conscious mind in a safe and effective way.
Hypnotherapy is particularly useful in breaking long
established behaviour patterns that are no longer needed or
wanted. Smoking cessation, Nail biting, Sleep Disorders
and Eating disorders are all examples of behaviours that people
frequently want to change.
